But how do we fix it? I’m glad you asked. First, you need to know where you are going. Get out a piece of paper and a pen. Write the answers down to the following questions:

 What is your ten year plan?

What do you need to be doing in 5 years to get there?

What do you have to be doing in 1 year to get there?

What do you need to do this quarter to get there?

And finally what do you need to do today?

Start on what you need to do today.
