Pun Intended. An overlooked free resource is the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration (SAMHSA). SAMHSA is apart of the US Department of Health and Human Services. SAMHSA publishes Treatment Improvement Protocols also called TIP. Each TIP has a number and a topic. They are downloaded directly from the website and often include Quick Guides as well.
