How to Develop Intuition on No Sleep/Energy

I actually think this is the best time to develop energy, you’re too tired to do nonsense, the tricky part is to not feel guilty for not doing the non sense. The guilt distracts you from recognizing what was initially intuition. Here are some other ways to develop (and more importantly...trust) your intuition.

Developing intuition is a valuable skill that can help you make better decisions in all areas of your life. Here are a few ways to build and strengthen your intuition:

  1. Pay attention to your body: Your body can often give you signals that something is right or wrong. Learn to listen to your gut feelings and physical sensations. Try to connect the sensation with an emotion.

  2. Practice metacognition: Be curious and explore the reasoning. Explore your values and which values are being addressed during this situation. Here is a great website to help you explore your values.

  3. Use your imagination: Your imagination can help you tap into your intuition. Visualize different scenarios and listen to your inner voice to guide you.

  4. Keep a journal: Write down your thoughts and feelings. Not a fancy journal, just a quick note somewhere easy. This can help you identify patterns and better understand your intuition.

Remember that developing intuition takes time and practice. Be patient with yourself and trust the process and more importantly trust yourself.
